I designed this course to be as close to in-person couple's therapy sessions as possible to help you get the most out of each topic. The goal is for you to achieve similar results as my couples, which is a deeper understanding of self, each other, and a blueprint for your unique relationship that will help you flourish for the entirety of your relationship, not just the beginning.
These sections are presented as videos to watch as a couple followed by completing a corresponding workbook section.

Meagan is a true professional in premarital counseling, as well as therapy more broadly. She has really helped my wife and I understand each other in ways that we struggled with before working with her. We started seeing Meagan for premarital counseling about 6 months before getting married, and we are still seeing her on a regular basis over two years later. This goes to show just how much of a difference she has made and continues to make in our lives. Meagan has been especially great at helping us work through conflicts in our relationship by opening our eyes to perspectives that we hadn’t considered before. And she has given us actionable advice for resolving those conflicts, which we practice in session. The strategies she offers actually help us in the real world, and they will help you too. She knows how to structure a course like this, and we would absolutely recommend it to all couples!
